Club Runs

We have a Beginners run at 6:30 which is aimed at getting a feel for running with others and judge your pace. 7pm is then the Club run which usually aims to cover 10km. In the winter this tends to be around the streets of Hitchin and then in summer we get out in to the countryside.

Sunday is a club run, usually over the distance of around 10km, the runs are from the town centre, at St Mary's church. Run starts prompt at 9am

Track runs

We run at Ridlins running track in Stevenage once a month during the summer months and it's a good chance to try out some speed runs, whether that be intervals or a 5km time trial.

Mid-week league

We compete in the Hertfordshire Mid-Week league running, this is a divisional competition against other running clubs and a good mid-week run over the summer months.

As part of the club you can join us on Strava and keep track of your runs, see events and compare your runs against others in the club.

Lockdown Fun

During lockdown we organised a number of club events to keep everyone from going insane while we couldn't meet up. Runger games was born where we split ourselves in to Districts in Hitchin and competed each week over distance, altitude and pace.
